MISSION STATEMENT
Wisconsin Concrete Service strives to provide Wisconsin residents with a simple way to connect with qualified concrete contractors to receive competitive estimates on their particular concrete projects. Wisconsin Concrete Service is dedicated to assembling and maintaining a network of reputable professionals, able to provide top quality work at a reasonable rate, while we build positive, helpful relationships with our customers.

Wisconsin Concrete Service is a family business, owned and operated by a second generation concrete contractor / builder family, who have been supplying quality concrete construction, repair and replacement in Wisconsin for over 25 years. The owners are licensed general contractors in Wisconsin, and have experience in homebuilding and commercial construction, along with many years of actual hands on concrete experience including; concrete flatwork (interior & exterior), foundation walls (both concrete and masonry), decorative concrete (including stamped, stenciled, overlays, acid stained, colored, paver edge), and sawing & removal. There is also some experience in basement repair having, many times, worked with, for and around basement repair companies.

At WCS, we know what it takes to get a concrete project completed proficiently. Our customers need experienced, insured, reputable, and dependable contractors to do quality work at competitive rates.

It is our goal, and responsibility to find, secure, and refer the type of concrete professionals our customers require. We refer only contractors who pass our Prescreening Process.

WCS Customer Commitment
At Wisconsin Concrete Service, we sincerely want your concrete experience to be simple and rewarding. Our job is not to physically perform concrete work across all of Wisconsin, nor is it possible. Our mission is to help you find a local contractor you can trust, that will do quality work at a fair price. Our duties are as follows:

• First and foremost, we must maintain a catalog of prescreened and approved, qualified contractors, and know their abilities & limitations.
• When WCS receives a request for bids, our first obligation is to do a brief confirmation interview. If you call in
your request, we will take all your information at that time. If we receive your bid request information on-line, we will call you to confirm your request, and get details about your project. We need this information to better serve both customer and contractor, as we will know which contractors will best serve your needs.
• We will arrange for up to 3 contractors to bid your project, no more. In our experience, customers can generally find a contractor they are comfortable with within 3 bids, and most don't want to be bothered by more. Also it is not fair to our contractors to waste their time bidding against a large number of other bidders. (bidding takes time)

• If at any time you have questions or comments about our service or the contractors we send, we encourage you to call us, as we depend on your feedback to keep our service the best it can be.
• Lastly, We will contact all customers after a month or so, to discuss their experience with WCS and the contractors sent to bid. This is our final chance to discover flaws in our service or contractors, and give us the opportunity to correct them.
